Stored charge random access memory (QsRAM) a novel semi conductor memory technology with terabit memory capacity
Qs SemiconductorTM is developing QsRAMTM, a high performance, non-volatile random access memory (NVRAM). Support from Commercialisation Australia will enable the final cell structure and chip architecture as well as foundry interface to be established, to deliver the technology to a manufacture-ready state.
