With funding from Commercialisation Australia, BioHerbicides Australia Pty Ltd will engage consulting services to assist it in registering a bioherbicide product with the Australian Pesticide and Veterinary Medicines Authority for the control of Parkinsonia, a woody weed that is of national significance in Australia. This will be the first bioherbicide registered in Australia.

The project will assist in providing documentation in formats required by this authority as well as supporting preliminary design of a more user friendly product applicator. Successful completion of the project will allow BHA to commence selling the product to private, corporate and government landholders.
