IPscape has unveiled a new innovation following a grant from Commercialisation Australia.  The new Agile Messaging Service (AMS) allows the automation of customer interactions via email, SMS, voice, applications and payment gateways.  This will free up staff to focus on managing more complex, higher value tasks and will allow businesses to automate multichannel communications to thousands of customers.
