Steve has over 15 years of experience in extracting value from intellectual property and raising capital for start-up companies. Steve is the Managing Director of Secret Sauce Intellectual Property Ventures. His senior management experience includes roles as CEO and co-founder of four venture-capital backed ICT start-up companies and the General Manager of Offspring Ventures, where he led the acquisition and international commercialisation of new ICT, life-science and engineering technologies from research institutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Science, Masters of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
